Questions about the show?

• Can we come and see the show without booking in advance?

  Yes, you can attend the show without prior reservation by going directly to the ticket office on the evening of the show, from 7:30 p.m., subject to availability.

• What time does the show start?

  The show begins at nightfall. Not before 10:30 p.m. in June and July; 10:15 p.m. in August.

• Can we film, photograph?

  It is forbidden to photograph, film or record the show by any means whatsoever…

• What happens in the event of rain?

  When the weather is uncertain, the show is maintained. A decision to cancel the show can only be taken at the last moment, at 10:30 p.m., the start time of the performance. You must therefore in all cases go to the place of the show.
  If a cancellation decision had to be taken before 10:30 p.m., it would be the subject of a message on our answering machine at 02.47.56.66.77.
  In all circumstances, when the show takes place, no refund or exchange. In the event of cancellation, places can be postponed to a later date or refunded if it is impossible to postpone.

Hospitality Questions

• What time is it advisable to arrive?

  If you bought your tickets before coming, your seats in the stands are reserved and numbered. Nobody but you can sit there. However, we advise you to arrive no later than 10 p.m. in order to have time to park your vehicle, descend to the site and settle down quietly in the stands.

• Are animals accepted?

  Animals are prohibited on the site even if kept on a leash or in a basket.

Access Questions

• Where can we park?

  A large car park is provided and people from the organization are present to optimize parking.

• Do you have to walk a lot from the car park to the place of the show?

  No. To reach the place of the show, however, you have to take a staircase. However, for people with reduced mobility, it is possible to go down to the site by using the electric vehicle that provides the shuttle.

  Report your situation at the car park reception.

• I come in a motorhome. Where can I park ?

  The Scénoféerie takes place in the heart of the Domaine de la Source, owned by the association of the same name. As this is a private establishment, it is not possible to park there overnight. We suggest that our motorhome owners park in the school car park, which allows them to walk to the show.

• I use a wheelchair, is the site accessible for me?

  Our organization is designed to facilitate your access to the show. Be sure to report your situation at the reception of the car park so that you can be taken care of.

Service Questions

• Are there bathrooms ?

  Yes. You will find free toilets, with disabled access, not far from the car park and close to the stands.

• Can we picnic?

  Yes the picnic is tolerated. There is no specific space for this, the tables being reserved for restaurant service.

• Is there special motorhome parking?

  Motorhomes can park overnight in the Semblançay school car park (indicated by small signs).

Ticketing questions

• I have an invitation, how can I proceed to reserve the date of my choice?

  You can reserve your place by phone at 02.47.56.66.77 and pay the reservation fees by credit card. On the evening of the performance, go to the ticket office with your invitation: your ticket will be given to you in exchange.

• Can I pay with holiday vouchers?

  For the payment of your tickets at the ticket office on the evening of the performance, it is possible to use your Holiday Vouchers.
  For reservations from our website or those made by telephone, provide another method of payment.

• Can I pay with culture checks?

  For the payment of your tickets at the ticket office on the evening of the performance, it is possible to use your Culture Vouchers. For reservations from our website or those made by telephone, provide another method of payment.

• I realize after paying that I made a mistake on the date, can I exchange my tickets or be reimbursed?

  No. In accordance with our general conditions of sale, once the order has been validated, the tickets cannot be taken back or exchanged.

• I had tickets for a show that was cancelled, what should I do?

  When the time comes, you will find all the practical information related to reimbursement on the site. Upon presentation of your tickets, you can either return to see us on another date during the season, or request a refund from your ticket provider.

• Can tickets to be collected at the box office be collected a few days before the performance?

  No. When your tickets are to be collected at the box office, they are available at the venue only on the evening of the performance.
